Whistle lark’ (‘Hotel’ from here onwards) considers the importance of customer’s personal information and follows the laws of 'The Law regarding the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information'.

The Hotel informs the customers, under the Privacy Policy, how the personal information that the customer is providing is used and for what purposes and what means are being taken for the protection of personal information. When the Hotel updates it’s Privacy Policy it will notice by posting on its website ( or through individual notices).

These regulations will be effective from: November 10, 2016.

■ Collection and purpose of the use of personal information The Hotel uses collected personal information for following purposes. The fulfillment of contract relating to provision of service and provision of fee settlement contents according to provision of service.

■ Time frame for keeping and using personal information When the Hotel achieves its usage purposes for collecting personal information it will destroy the said information without exception.

The input information user has inserted for reservation and etc. will be transferred to a separate database after its purpose has been fulfilled ( in the case of paper, to a separate storage). It will be stored for a specified period of time before it is deleted following internal policies and private information protection under other relevant laws ( refer to period of storage and usage). Personal information and that has been transferred to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than storage unless under legal circumstances. Method of deletion - personal information that has been stored in a electronic file form will be deleted using technical method that will not restore the records.

■ Provision of personal information As a rule, Hotel will not provide to external sources personal information of customers. However, in the following circumstance exceptions will be made. When a customer has agreed to beforehand, according to regulations of laws, when a request has been made from an investigative agency according to legal processes and method for the purpose of investigation.

■ Transfer of collected personal information The Hotel will not transfer your information to external companies without your consent. In the future should the need arise, we will notice our customer and obtain consent in advance if necessary regarding the company and job description of the transfer.

■ Terms related to installation, operation and the denial for tools for automatic collection of personal information The Hotel uses ‘cookie’ which finds and stores your information on a regular basis. Cookies are a very small text file that is stored in your computer’s hard disk. This file is sent to your browser from the server that is used to operate a website. The Hotel uses cookies for the following purposes.
